2 Pick a material you prefer (cotton quilted, microfiber quilted, bamboo terry quilted) 

3 Email us at wecare@biloban.com with title "customization service + your name" (We will reply you within 3 business days with a reasonable quotation).

4 Pay for us through Pay pal.

5 Receiving your perfect fit waterproof mattress pad within 15 business days.
